Do you work remotely?
Yes, most missions are remote. We travel around Bordeaux, across Nouvelle-Aquitaine and further when the project calls for it.
Do I own the code?
Always. Everything is delivered documented and handed over. No lock-in: you can take the reins whenever you want.
What if my need doesn’t fit your services?
Describe it anyway. We’ll find the right approach, or we’ll honestly point you to the right person.
Is my data hosted in France / kept secure?
Yes, everything can be hosted in France for data sovereignty, especially for AI projects. Encryption, secrets management and security best practices are applied by default, not as an option.
Do you use generic AI or can you host your own models?
Both, depending on your need: fast integration via serverless solutions paid per token, or open-source models hosted on dedicated infrastructure if your needs or confidentiality constraints require it.
How long does a mission last?
It depends on scope, from a few days for a targeted intervention to several weeks for a full project. Every quote states an estimated timeline before we start.
What happens if my infra can’t handle the load after the mission?
We investigate together. If the problem comes from a mistake on our side, we fix it at no extra cost. If it’s tied to a change in your usage (traffic, new needs), we discuss it and it can become a new mission.
