We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the project simulator: name, email address, company (optional), project type, indicative budget and the content of your message.

Purposes

This data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and manage the business relationship. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (submitting the form) and on LabbTech’s legitimate interest in responding to its prospects and clients.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted in line with legal obligations (up to 3 years after the last contact for a prospect).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to maxence.labbe.pro@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not respected.
